Nightshade: Raion's Dragon Storm

This is armored Raion, he is the 3rd oc who is Armored. He Perfected Seddon's Dragon Storm, because he is a Dragon-Kin, and that's the closet Dragon that the Nightshades have, which is amazing. He can use it at will, but he is not planning on using it very often.
I'm soon to be the Leader of the Nightshades in my Universe, but he is the first in recorded Nightshade History to perfect it...even I can't beat those standards
